Hello, Westside Wolves I know that many people don’t know much about Tennis but if you’re interested this is the article for you. Recently the team has gotten a new coach and many people may be wondering why the change and to be quite honest the team doesn’t know either , but they have gotten a new coach who promises to lead them into victory.

Wins For Tennis:

Westside Wolves had a tight match with Bellaire 7-9 making us bite our nails in panic but gave us a sign of relief by beating Bellaire 10-9 on October 11th. Going to districts were they won ! Bringing us to playoffs where they beat Cy-Falls in the first round but sadly lost the 2nd round to Tompkins ending the season for this semester. Maybe next time Wolves !

Joining The Team : 

Ok so basically coach will have you play everyone on varsity right now and depending on how you do is where you end up on the lineup and if you aren’t top 9 then you won’t be on varsityAs I listed above the Tennis Season is over for the semester but don’t let this Discourage you because you can still make it on the team.The trial starts by having the tennis coach will have you play everyone currently on varsity , depending on how you do tells where you end up on the lineup and if you aren’t top 9 then you won’t be on varsity meaning you will be on JV. So if you want to join better pick up the racket and go practice.
