Wolves Varsity Football
Varsity Football have played their final game. Our Wolves had a successful season with an overall record of 6 wins and 3 losses. Sending Westside home in the first round of playoffs, the Jersey Village Falcons advanced with a 56 – 23 victory. Westside finished a strong 5-1 in district play, standing in second place behind the Lamar Texans. Despite the loss to end the season, Coach Mason and players have year to be proud of.
Ask any Westside student, and they will tell you that the highlight of the year was the blow out win over Heights High School to thrill the student section on Homecoming night. The stands were packed with students, parents and alumni to cheer on our Wolves.
All in all, our Wolves had a great season and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for them!
