The Red Cross Club at Westside High School provides opportunities to give back to your community, make new friends, and to participate in a national organization. The misson of the Red Cross is dedicated to educating students on disaster relief and disaster preparedness.  Westside will be hosting a meetings on Wednesdays, in the Mini Theatre from 11:10 AM to 11:30 AM, that’s the first half of lunch.

Red cross is a non-profit humanitarian organization that provides emergency assistance, disaster relief, and disaster preparedness education in the United States. The American Red Cross shelters, feed and provides comfort to victims of disasters. Red Cross hosts blood drives throughout the country, including here on our Westside campus. Red Cross also teaches life saving skills that saves lives, distributes international humanitarian aid, support veterans, and military members and their families. Westside’s chapter is supervied by HSA instructor, Ms. Taylor.
