Hey you! Do you love technology? Can you fly a drone? Then the Westside High School Drone Club is the right place for you! Run by Ms. Morris, every Tuesday after school, the Drone Club takes place from 3:30-4:30 pm. in V111, which is located at the very end of the MTV Hallway.

During each meeting, members will learn how to operate and fly drones. Learning how to fly drones is important because drones can be used for a variety of tasks. Such a delivering packages, taking pictures and videos, searching for people after natural catastrophes, and monitoring climate change.

Drones can also spot fractures and other problematic circumstances, safeguarding the safety and wellbeing of the general population. Flying a drone properly is only one feature of this organization.  Additionally, you can learn how to build drones. This can be a great way to tap into your technological creative side.

To summarize, the drone club is a great place to be and interact with people who love technology. If you have any questions or concerns, you can talk to Ms. Morris in V111. Go Wolves!!!
