Marvel has released a new major motion picture! It came out in movie theaters on October 5th. The movie is a branch of off the Original Spider-man series, and Venom is a villain. However, he is not any regular old “bad” guy in this movie.

In the PG-13 film, Venom you learn about the true story of where he comes from and what his mission truly is. In the movie, he is referred to as a parasite, this so-called parasite was brought from another planet by Astronaut Carlton Drake (Riz Ahmed). His goal is to intertwine mankind and these parasites that he soon calls ‘symbiotes’, by allowing the symbiotes to merge with humans. Venom is the first symbiote to successfully merge with a reporter who hates Carlton, Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy). You’ll have to watch the movie in theaters to find out what happens.

I (Eva Maxcy) personally enjoyed the movie very much. There were amazing action scenes and it still grasped at your emotions. I completely recommend this movie, however, if you’re easily grossed out I would maybe not watch it because there is a vomit scene that is pretty graphics.
